Building an all-campus team
APR works across divisional lines, breaking down "silos" that so often isolate academic, enrollment and
finance operations. APR Working Groups are broadly representative of administrative units that need to
cooperate in making and executing sound decisions related to campus revenue streams.
APR works to integrate strategic decisions made at the Board of Directors' level, policy decisions made
at the cabinet level, and tactical decisions made at the operational level.
